Placing an Order

1. How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your order details.

2. What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is unsuccessful, you will see a notification at checkout. Please check your payment details and try again with the same or a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact us at snugtheory30@gmail.com

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at snugtheory30@gmail.com  as soon as possible with your order details. 

 

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at snugtheory30@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with a replacement.

6. What if my size or preferred product is out of stock?

If your desired product is unavailable, please contact us at snugtheory30@gmail.com , and we will notify you when it is restocked.

9. Do you ship across India?

Yes. Snug Theory proudly ships across India.

10. What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics. Please contact snugtheory30@gmail.com  and we will assist you promptly.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within India. International shipping will be available in the future.

12. What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer easy exchanges for eligible products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are on Sale or discounted. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.

13. How should I wash my Snug Theory garment?

We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water using mild detergent.

14. Can I machine wash Snug Theory products?

Yes. Use a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

15. How should I dry my garment?

Air drying is recommended to maintain the fabric’s softness and structure.

16. Do Snug Theory products contain pads or inserts?

No. Snug Theory is designed with built-in multi-layer coverage, so no pads or inserts are required.
