Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please contact us at snugtheory30@gmail.com  with your order details.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

To qualify for a return:

1. The product must be unused. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

2. The product must be in its original packaging

3. All tags must be intact

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are on Sale or discounted.

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the request will be declined.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Snug Theory reserves the right to determine eligibility.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timelines may vary depending on banking partners.

 

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email contact@snugtheory.com within 2 days of delivery with:

1. Your Order ID

2. Clear images of the product

Once verified, our team will guide you through the replacement process. Replacement orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability and location.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

1. Size-related concerns

2. Defective products

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Requests made outside the stated reasons or timeframe will not be eligible.
