1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship Snug Theory across PAN India.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification once your order is successfully placed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and PIN code. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Shipping Charges

 There are no additional shipping charges. Free shipping available on all products 

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a prepaid order is lost in transit, you will be eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.

8. Returns & Exchanges

9. International Shipping

Currently, Snug Theory delivers within India only. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For all Cash on Delivery orders, an additional fee of ₹75 is applicable to cover handling and shipping charges.

Once a COD order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the order before processing. This step helps us ensure accurate and timely delivery.

If we are unable to reach you, we will attempt further contact via email. In case we do not receive a response within 7 days from the date of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.
